Ligandrol (LGD) by PureSport is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) - a pharmacological nutritional supplement of non-steroidal origin. Used by strength athletes for fast and safe hypertrophy of muscle fibers. In medicine, Ligandrol is recommended for patients with muscle atrophy, as well as patients with osteoporosis (weakened bone tissue, increased risk of fracture).

Ligandrol has gained wide popularity not only among athletes of strength sports - it is used by mixed martial arts athletes, boxers, hand-to-hand fighters, wrestlers, etc. In these sports, there is a risk of bone fracture or sprained ligaments. LGD from PureSport strengthens bones, and after completing the course there will be no so-called rollback.

Application and dosage of Ligandrol

During the period of gaining muscle mass, 2 capsules per day, course duration 8 - 12 weeks. Athletes who have entered the drying (weight loss) phase should reduce the dosage to 1 capsule per day, every other day.

If your goal is to build muscle mass and increase strength, we recommend taking this product alone or in combination with Rad-140 and GHR.

Important: if the goal is to gain lean muscle mass, daily protein intake should be increased to 2-3 g per 1 kg of body weight.

Side effects

• reduce the level of “good” cholesterol;
• temporarily reduce the level of free testosterone and FSH;
• temporarily reduce endogenous testosterone.

In practice, if the recommendations for use are followed, no side effects have been identified. If any androgenic side effects are observed, the dosage will need to be reduced.
