Viagra by TN Pharma is a potent, selective (selective) inhibitor of cycloguanosine monophosphate (cGMP) specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Viagra is a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men. It relaxes the muscles in the walls of blood vessels and increases blood flow to the penis.

How to take Viagra

Always take Viagra exactly as your doctor has told you. If you feel unsure, be sure to talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The usual dose is 50 mg. Viagra should be taken about an hour before sexual intercourse. Swallow the entire tablet with a little water.

If you have the impression that the action of Viagra is too strong or too weak, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Viagra pills will help you achieve an erection only with sexual stimulation. The time it takes for Viagra to take effect varies from person to person but is usually between half an hour and an hour. If you are taking Viagra while on a strict diet, the effect may be slower. Drinking alcohol can temporarily impair your ability to have an erection. To get the most out of the medication, you should avoid drinking large amounts of alcohol before taking Viagra.

If Viagra does not help you achieve an erection, or if your erection does not last long enough for sexual intercourse, you should tell your doctor. You should not use Viagra more than once a day.

Do not take Viagra:

• if you have recently had a stroke or heart attack, or if you have low blood pressure, or if you have a rare hereditary eye disease (such as retinitis pigmentosa).

Take special precautions when taking Viagra tablets

Tell your doctor:

1. If you have sickle cell anemia (an abnormality of red blood cells), leukemia (cancer of the blood cells), multiple myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow), or any disease or deformity of the penis. These conditions may require special attention when taking medications for erectile dysfunction.
2. If you have heart problems. In this case, your doctor should carefully check whether your heart can withstand the extra stress of having sex.
3. if you currently have a stomach ulcer or a bleeding disorder (such as hemophilia).
4. The use of Viagra is not recommended for patients with a history of partial, sudden, temporary or permanent reduction or loss of vision in one eye. Viagra should not be used concomitantly with other drugs for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

If you have taken more Viagra TN tablets than prescribed

Doses above 100 mg do not improve efficacy. However, this will increase the side effects and their severity. You should not take more tablets than your doctor has prescribed. If you are taking more tablets than you have been recommended, you should contact your doctor.

Possible side effects

Like all medicines, Viagra can have side effects. These effects are usually mild to moderate. In controlled clinical trials, the most common side effects were headache or flushing and, less commonly, upset stomach, dizziness, nasal congestion, heart palpitations, or visual changes (including changes in the following cases: taking Viagra after vomiting: vomiting, allergic reactions, skin rash, eye redness, eye pain, heart palpitations, or nosebleeds.
